Apart from the normal on-site support near the cities that we operate in (Brisbane, Cairns, Auckland, Wellington, Tauranga), DATAplan also provides remote support for all of our services such as Maximizer, Customisation and Training.We offer a unique online support service where we phone you at the scheduled time and then log on with you - just like visiting your office - without any travel time or cost.
How a remote support or training session works |

When you click on Live Support, you will be asked to download and install a small (1MB) file which invokes a form like this one. You give us your ID number (this stays the same for each session), then a unique password. Because the password changes for each session, there is no way we can connect without your permission or you knowing about it.
Once we are connected, we can take control of the computer you have nominated and do the support work you require.
TeamViewer is hosted by a company in Germany, who provides this service for more than 7 million users around the world, and it is totally secure. |
