CRM, by itself, can often be slow in uptake by staff, with few people seeing the "vision" This results in you not getting the return on investment you expected. Yes, Maximizer, out of the box, integrates with the Microsoft products such as Outlook, Word merge templates, and Excel. All staff and management can view the same data, real time, and have a good handle on how the business is operating. Sales Opportunities are tracked and reported automatically (sales reps don't need to prepare formal reports!), email Marketing campaigns can be sent directly from Maximizer and Customer Services. But the real benefit of CRM is not achieved unless everyone lives and breathes it (see our Customer Success page for examples).
